Events. An event management and ticket booking platform for organizers and attendees.
Event managers set up everything in one place and receive their share of ticket sales.

How payments work
We want it to be clear who pays whom. This is how Arena handles money from ticket sales to organizer payout.
Attendee pays
Pays for tickets online through a payment gateway.
Booking recorded
Arena confirms the booking and stores the transaction.
Balance calculated
Gateway charges, platform fee and taxes are deducted.
Payout scheduled
Sales for each organizer are added up for a scheduled settlement.
Organizer paid
Sent by bank transfer (IMPS, NEFT or RTGS) to the registered account.
Verified payees
Organizers and vendors provide bank account details before any payout is made.
Clear records
Every booking, fee and settlement is recorded and available to the organizer.
Castlane billing
Castlane charges only for its membership subscription. It does not sell goods or tickets.
